Winter Island: Salem, MA

Winter Island is a bit of a hidden gem in Salem. It has beautiful water views as well as a gorgeous view of of the Historic Fort Pickering Lighthouse! Not only are you going to get beautiful views in this location but there are also picnic tables available so you can enjoy the view and lunch after your photoshoot!

Hiller’s Cove Beach: Mattapoisett, MA

Okay, so this is LITERALLY a hidden gem - if you don't know this area, you may very well miss the entrance. I say this because I did about 5 times before finally finding it. This small town beach is a little slice of heaven in Massachusetts. With breathtaking ocean views, salt marshes and a lot of nautical wildlife to see - this is a must visit.

Acorn Street: Boston, MA

Acorn street is NO hidden gem - in fact, prepare to wait in line to get an iconic shot on this beautiful stone cobbled street. But let me tell you, once its your turn to snap your shot on the street, there is nothing like it! It is truly an iconic place to visit in Boston. The surrounding streets are also beautiful for photoshoots as well; this location is chock-full of brownstones, beautiful flowers and tree lined streets.

North End: Boston, MA

This location is a two for one - not only are you going to get beautiful images but you get to go out for world famous Italian food after your photoshoot. That is a win-win in my book. The Rose Kennedy Greenway is the perfect place to start your photoshoot. You will get beautiful views of Boston in a park setting - not a common find! After this spot, head on down through Hannover street to get a real life perspective of the North End's bustling restaurant scene. Once you have gotten to the end of Hannover, you will be at the water and can get some GORGEOUS shots from the piers along the waterfront!

Good Harbor Beach: Gloucester, MA

A classic Massachusetts beach spot, Good Harbor is a beautiful and large beach with gorgeous sand and water. One thing to note, if you are going to the beach during the summer, they are no longer accepting cash to park and you have to reserve & pay for parking ahead of time. Non-resident parking is $30/car. I definitely recommend taking a look at the City of Gloucester website before planning a photoshoot here.

Piers Park, East Boston, MA

This is by far, my favorite location to shoot in Boston. Located in East Boston, this pier will give you the BEST views of Boston, without the hassle of fighting with parking in the heart of the city. Not only do you get beautiful city views here, you get gorgeous views of the water (including all of the boats coming through as well!) Planning a family photoshoot? There is a park here too!
